The Hopper is the original Travel Wheel and is unlike any other portable wheel on the market. It is the Original Art Yarn Travel Wheel but you can spin any weight of yarn from fine to bulky on eight comprehensive ratios (18:1, 12:1, 9:1, 6:1, 4.5:1, 4:1, 3:1, 2:1). With a built-in handle, this unique travel wheel has state of the art SpinOlution engineering for an smooth spinning experience. You can treadle with your heels on the foot pads or attach foot pedals for a more traditional feel - whatever is most comfortable to you.  The Hopper comes standard with 8 oz bobbins, or you can upgrade or purchase with the 16 oz or 32 oz bobbin setup.

FEATURES:

This wheel comes standard with an open hook orifice.  You can purchase an additional tube orifice as an accessory to this wheel.  If you are purchasing the Package Deal, you will get both hook & tube orifice bars in 8 oz and 32 oz sizes.

Our bobbins remove without a hassle thanks to the easily-removable magnetic orifice bar.

This wheel features multiple bearings to keep it turning smoothly and effortlessly when you spin for long periods of time. 

Heel rests and multiple rubber feet help to keep the wheel stable and stationary. 

The wheel is made with heavy duty construction, out of warp resistant furniture-grade birch plywood, for years of dependable use.  The Hopper doesn;t have Golden Whorl technology.
