Goat Yoga & Goat Walks…

Goat Yoga

(spring/fall)

New and experienced yogis are welcome! Some basic goat yoga info:

>These aren’t your “normal” yoga classes (but they are taught by a certified RYT200 instructor :) - we’ll be outside (with some bugs and beautiful trees!) Goats will be roaming on and off of your mat… All participants must bring their own mats. We also encourage bringing water and a towel.

>Goats love to climb (and play!) and they may climb on you during our class -and we ask that you’re respectful of their space . If you have prior injuries, we can NOT assure you that they won’t climb or play with you while visiting.

>Our goats may, or may not, take part in the yoga sessions. We’ll be using THEIR space for our yoga class. Please note that they also yell and make some funny noises, but loud noises and human yells can make them anxious and scared. also: Goats love to nibble - please don’t wear dangling jewelry, keys, etc.

> Classes are open to adults and children ages 12 and over. Children must take part in class and can not wander the property.

>All classes are outside, you may get some farm or goat dirt on you , or even, yes, goat poop! We’ll be quick to remedy all goat poop situations, but if the idea really bothers you, the class may not be for you.

>All participants must complete a consent form with payment prior to class. Cancellations must be made 48 hrs prior to class for a refund. Rain dates will be rescheduled for approx 3-6 days of the original class. No pets are allowed in cars or on the property.

>$28 per person /$20 per child (12+)

Goat Walks…

(spring/fall)

Want to spend some time with a goat, sans the yoga mat? Goat walks are a great way to enjoy some fresh farm air and the company of one of our little goats! Open to children 12 and over. All children must remain on the walk accompanied by a parent/guardian.

>Goat walks are approximately 30 mins (+10 mins to prep and wind down with a cookie :) Some goats may not feel as “walky” and may just want some play time instead. No goats will be forced to walk during these sessions, but you are welcome to sit and chat or play with our goats if that’s their plan.

>We’ll be outside, on some dirt and grass paths you may get muddy , encounter insects or find falling pinecones or walnuts - please dress appropriately. Closed toed shoes only.

-Goats love to nibble - please don’t wear dangling jewelry, keys, etc.

>All participants must complete a consent form with payment prior to class. Cancellations must be made 48 hrs prior for a refund. Rain dates will be rescheduled for approx 3-6 days of the original session. No pets are allowed in cars or on the property

>Fee: $20 per person / child (10 +)
